Job Description
We are looking for an administrator who likes to think outside of the box. You will be interested in continuous improvement and have a passion for client experience. Along with other daily functions, a big part of this role will be working directly within our business advisory team to enhance our client service offerings. If you are a proactive problem solver who enjoys managing workflows, creating presentation documents, templates and processes, this is the role for you.

Desired Skills and Experience
5+ years’ experience in a Business Support role, preferably within a professional services environment.
Demonstrated experience with administration process improvements.
Works collaboratively building strong trusted relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Good computer skills, capable with new technology and experience in client management systems.
Has a can-do attitude, is adaptable and can easily work with changing priorities when necessary.
Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
The ability to think laterally to problem solving, sometimes requiring a creative approach.
